Paver Sealing

-Algae & Mold Treatment: a special mold inhibitor formula is sprayed on pavers surface to break the bonds between the mold, makes it float to the top and ready to be washed away.
-Weed Treatment: A professional-grade weed control solution is sprayed between the joints to target weeds down to the roots. The treatment causes weeds to dry out, allowing for easy removal and thorough cleaning.
-Efflorescence Treatment: The most important part in pavers treatment. Efflorescence - the white, hazy film often seen on pavers - is a natural occurrence caused by mineral deposits. We use a specially formulated efflorescence remover that dissolves these deposits, opens the paver’s pores, and prepares the surface for optimal sealer absorption.
This step is essential for unsealed pavers to prevent patchy or uneven sealing, ensuring deeper color enhancement and longer-lasting protection.
Surface Cleaning: A commercial-grade surface cleaner is used removes dirt, grime, mold, and debris from the top of the pavers.
Joint Cleaning: A rotary pressure tip cleans deep between the joints, removing old sand, dead weeds, and remaining residue.
Neutralization & Rinse:
The entire area is thoroughly rinsed to neutralize and remove any cleaning or treatment solutions, leaving the surface ready for sanding and sealing.
-Pressure Cleaning:
From deep chemical cleaning to three protective sealer coats, we restore your pavers.
-Step 1: Paver Treatment:
-Joint Sanding:
High-Quality Sand: We use specially graded sand designed to allow proper drainage and prevent calcium buildup.
Finishing: Excess sand is carefully blown off to prevent trapping between the pavers and the sealer.
Customization: Ask your technician about available sand color options to best complement your pavers.
-Applying our Premium Sealer:
We apply a top-quality, two-part urethane water-based sealer for superior protection and aesthetic appeal.
A. Joint Stabilization
A diluted first coat penetrates deep between the sand particles, locking them in place to stabilize joints and eliminate future weed and mold growth.
B. Cover Coat
A heavier top-coat is applied to the paver surface, enhancing color, adding a rich, long-lasting finish, and protecting against weather, stains, and UV damage, adding a brand new look to your driveway, pool dick, patio or even walkway. (we give two to three coats depending on pavers type and condition)
